We are proud to say we process 100% of all orders within one business day, and here is how we do it.
- We make sure the product is available and ready to ship to you. If the product is unavailable, we will contact you via email.
- Our fulfillment center processes orders from 10 am and 3 pm (PST) daily.
- We pack, label, and set aside your order for the shipping career to pick up.
- Once shipping career picks up your order, the delivery time begins, and you receive a confirmation email for your shipment with the tracking number.
- And we complete our responsibility of shipping your order!
Please note that your order will be processed and be ready for shipment within 24 hours. This processing time may vary for extra parts requests.
Orders placed after Friday at 3pm (PST) and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day. Our warehouse also does not operate on weekends and holidays.
We offer free standard shipping for US orders over 35$. Express shipments require an additional shipping fee, and rates will be calculated at the checkout.

We offer international shipments worldwide. Please check the outlet voltage for your country before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an international exchange or return at this moment.
We are not responsible for shipping fees, customs, and import duties for international shipments.
The delivery time depends on the location and your country’s customs protocols. Couriers and custom inspections can delay delivery time.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order got lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier provider first and then contact us with your claim number. We are always here to help and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition!

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order if your order has already shipped. If your order has already shipped or is in transit, you need to return the product for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) and place a new order.
