    Replacement Body review after receiving a faulted new machine.

    The Luna Body replacement came in with chipped paint/powder-coat and a deformed base ring that pulls away from the handle.

    When in use, the kettle produces an unpleasant industry smell due to the off gassing of kettle body power-coat. The chemical smell is over powering and has not gone away.

    The design is great, so far, the tech is great so far.

    The person I spoke with (emailed) about a replacement kettle was great.

    The attention to manufacturing detail seems rushed and slightly sloppy only covered by a good design.

    I would suggest to not power coat/painting the Stainless Steel kettle body and spend more time and money on quality control.
