How long should salmon stay in the air fryer?
Salmon filets should stay in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 12 minutes depending on the thickness. If you overcook them, they will get dry. When the salmon is flaky, it means it is perfectly cooked.
Can I use frozen salmon in an air fryer salmon recipe?
Absolutely! You do not even need to defrost the salmon filets before cooking. However, if you have time, defrosting will make salmon marinated better, and yield the best texture and taste at the end.
Is salmon keto-friendly?
Yes, salmon is keto-friendly. Like all other seafood, it is nearly carb-free and very rich in protein, vitamins, potassium, selenium and Omega-3 fatty acids.
