how to make turkish coffee?
Make sure your coffee is ground extremely fine, to a cezve grind. This will ensure a balanced flavor, but also a good foam.
Remove the brewing pot from its cradle. Referring to the chart above, adjust your coffee-to-water ratio.
Stir the coffee, sugar and water mixture well.
Return the pot to its cradle and select the number of cups you want to brew, remembering that this must match your original coffee-to-water ratio as chosen from the chart.
Listen for a beep, telling you your coffee is ready to enjoy.
