In most cinnamon raisin bread recipes, cinnamon and raisins are added to the bread as a swirled filling so you need to roll out the dough to do so. Rolling out dough is not easy if you are not familiar with it and it needs time and energy. However, there is no rolling out in this recipe and both cinnamon and raisins will have been spread in the dough when the bread is ready.
Unlike many other cinnamon raisin recipes, the recipe below does not have milk and egg. Adding egg is risky but you can change water in the recipe with milk in the same amount if you’d like to make the bread with milk.
Let’s move on to the recipe and pamper your loved ones with an amazing smell this morning!

You can consume cinnamon raisin bread directly as regular bread or you can serve it toasted with butter as a simple classic at breakfast.
On the other hand, you should keep in mind that cinnamon raisin bread is wonderful to make French toast casserole.
HOW TO STORE CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD:
You can store cinnamon raisin bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator to eat them within 5 days. But you should keep in mind that it will lose its fresh taste day by day even if it is in the fridge. So, slicing cinnamon raisin bread the first day you make it and then freezing the leftover slices is a better method to store them. These freezed slices will be as fresh as newly baked when you thaw them in the morning.
