In most cinnamon raisin bread recipes, cinnamon and raisins are added to the bread as a swirled filling so you need to roll out the dough to do so. Rolling out dough is not easy if you are not familiar with it and it needs time and energy. However, there is no rolling out in this recipe and both cinnamon and raisins will have been spread in the dough when the bread is ready.

Unlike many other cinnamon raisin recipes, the recipe below does not have milk and egg. Adding egg is risky but you can change water in the recipe with milk in the same amount if you’d like to make the bread with milk.

Let’s move on to the recipe and pamper your loved ones with an amazing smell this morning!

HOW TO STORE CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD:

But you should keep in mind that it will lose its fresh taste day by day even if it is in the fridge. These freezed slices will be as fresh as newly baked when you thaw them in the morning.
