Banana Bread Machine Recipe

Making banana bread is a very delicious way of making use of overripe bananas. It is called bread but it tastes more like a cake. Banana bread is a perfect complement to a cup of coffee or milk. Black tea will also go great with it. You can serve banana bread for breakfast as well. Spreading some butter over it will give an appetite to everyone on the breakfast table. Think about serving banana bread with sour cream to your loved ones for Christmas breakfast!
In fact, banana bread tastes better if it rests for one day. Of course, it is not easy to resist the urge to eat at least one slice of it but if you can, just wrap the banana bread with a foil or plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for one day. It will be more delicious and irresistible the next day.

11/4 cups milk (warm)
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
3 tablespoon butter (at room temperature)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Open the top lid of the bread maker and remove the bread pan from the machine by pulling it upward.
Make sure the bread pan is clean and both kneading paddles are removed. You will be mixing the bread batter by hand and will not need the kneading paddles.
Blend all the ingredients thoroughly using a whisk and pour the batter into the bread pan.
Put the bread pan back in the bread machine by pressing it down so that it clicks into its place and close the lid.
Plug the bread machine into an outlet and press the "Power" button to turn the machine on.
Use the "Program" button to select the program #2 for the quick cycle.
Press the "Color" button to choose your desired crust color and then the "Start" button to start the cycle.
Your machine will let you know by making a beep sound once the banana bread is done. Open the bread machine at this point and remove the bread pan using a pot holder.
Flip the bread pan over and gently tap it to remove the banana bread and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Slice it and place the banana bread slices on a platter.
RECIPE NOTES FOR BANANA BREAD:
Please keep in mind that you can change the amount of sugar in this recipe according to your desire without changing the other ingredients. You can also add some chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, or chocolate chips to the recipe.
It is also possible to make banana bread muffins using this recipe by pouring the batter into the muffin pan. If your bread maker does not have a muffin pan, bake it in the preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for some 30 minutes.
You can freeze banana bread leftovers to consume later.
