Are baked apples as healthy as raw apples?

Apples are healthiest when eaten raw but they are still very healthy even though they lose some nutrients and have higher levels of carbohydrates when cooked.

Can I freeze baked apples?

In terms of health and nutritional value, there is nothing wrong with freezing baked apples. However, they lose their taste and texture when frozen so it is not recommended to freeze them for enjoyment.
