Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • ½ cup hot sauce

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder

  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer by selecting the “Vegetables” function and adjusting the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up. If your air fryer does not have a vegetable specific function, adjust the temperature to 390°F (200°C).

  2. Add cauliflower bites, olive oil, butter, hot sauce, almond flour, garlic powder, parsley, salt and black pepper into a bowl and mix well.

  3. Open the air fryer and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.

  4. Spread the cauliflower nuggets into the basket and lightly mist them with olive oil spray.

  5. Set the timer to 15 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start frying.

  6. Shake the basket a few times during the cooking process.

  7. Cook cauliflower nuggets until they are golden brown and tender.
