1 pound pumpkin
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cumin powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ teaspoon olive oil
Preheat the air fryer by selecting the “Vegetables” function and setting the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Cut the pumpkin into wedges, peel the wedges if you’d like, and then cut ½-inch thick strips from them.
Add pumpkin strips, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil into a bowl and mix them.
Open the air fryer, put the pumpkin strips into the basket, and close the air fryer.
Set the timer to 8 minutes and press the “Start/Pause” button to start frying.
Fry pumpkin strips until they are light brown, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Once cooked, open the air fryer, and transfer the pumpkin fries onto a serving platter.

- Cut pumpkin into wedges. Cutting wedges would be easier if you start from the bottom of the pumpkin instead of the stem.
- Clean the seeds in the wedges, and peel them if you’d like.
