3 cups cauliflower florets
3 cups broccoli florets
1 large carrot, cut into chunks (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
½ lemon, juiced
Preheat the air fryer by selecting the “Vegetables” function and setting the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Add cauliflower, broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, paprika, turmeric, and salt into a bowl and mix them.
Open the air fryer, put the vegetables into the basket, and close the air fryer. If your air fryer has a rotating basket, it would be better to use it instead of a regular air fryer basket.

Cook the vegetables until they are tender. If you are using a regular air fryer basket, shake the basket every 5 minutes.
