It is not always easy to cook pork chops because most of the time they come out dry and tough if you make them the traditional way. However, air fryers change all that and make tender, juicy pork chops with crispy outside just in at most 20 minutes. Pork chops can be rubbed with different seasonings for perfect flavor. So, feel free to change the seasoning in the recipe below to your taste, which originally uses garlic, parsley, and butter.
Pork chops should be cooked in the air fryer for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat. To be precise, they should be cooked to an internal temperature 145 degrees Fahrenheit to eat them safely.

2 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
4 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 ¼ tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 pork chops
Preheat the air fryer by setting the temperature to 400°F and timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Add butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper into a bowl and mix them well.
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel, spread butter mixture on both sides of them and arrange them on a mesh rack or in the basket in a single layer.
Open the air fryer, put the pork chops inside, and close it.
Adjust the timer to 12 minutes and press the “Start/Pause” button to start cooking the pork chops.
Flip over the pork chops halfway through cooking.
Cook them until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Open the air fryer and transfer the pork chops onto a serving platter.
Let them rest for 10 minutes.
