Ingredients
2 pounds white fish filets
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Olive oil spray
Directions
Preheat the air fryer by selecting the “Fish” function and adjusting the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Cut the fish filets into 3 ½-inch pieces, pat dry with a paper towel, and season with salt and black pepper.
Mix the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning to another bowl, and mix them.
Dip fish pieces in mayonnaise mixture, and then coat well in parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
Open the air fryer and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
