Maple-Mustard Chicken Thighs Air Fryer Recipe

This is a very easy recipe that yields a delicious and attractive dish at the end. It uses chicken thighs, the upper part of the chicken legs but the lower parts, the drumsticks, can also be used in this recipe. However, you should keep in mind that the chicken thighs are meatier than drumsticks. There is no marinating in this recipe so it can serve as a very quick and delicious meal. Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons maple syrup
8 chicken thighs, bone-in
Directions
Preheat the air fryer by selecting the “Chicken” function and adjusting the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button it will begin warming up.
Add olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and chicken thighs into large zipper bag and rub the seasoning very well onto chicken thighs.
Open the zipper bag and arrange the chicken thighs on two mash racks.
Open the air fryer, insert the oil drip tray at lowest rack, place the mash racks with chicken thighs in, and close the air fryer.
Set the timer to 25 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start cooking.
Cook the chicken thighs until they turn golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. You should flip them halfway through cooking.
Open the air fryer, remove the chicken thighs onto a serving platter and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken thighs warm.
