2 pounds skinless cod filets, cut into 1-inch strips or into bites
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Preheat the air fryer by selecting the “Fish” function and adjusting the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Add flour to a plate.
Crack egg into a bowl and beat well.
Add breadcrumbs, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt in a bowl or plate and mix them.
Coat the fish bites in flour, in egg, and generously in breadcrumb mixture, respectively and put them in the rotating basket, if your air fryer has one.
