Cauliflower is a very healthy vegetable with its high fiber and water, and low carbohydrate content. Both water and fiber are important to regulate the bowel movements which directly affects the immune system and reduces the colon cancer risk. So, adding cauliflower to your weekly menu will benefit your health.
Cauliflowers are mainly eaten either by frying or boiling. They are more flavorful when fried but frying as a cooking method has some health risks itself and creates a grease splatter mess in the kitchen. Due to health risks and difficulty in cleaning after cooking, most people prefer boiling to frying but, unfortunately, boiled cauliflowers do not taste as good as fried ones. At the end of the day, cauliflowers are usually bought in the grocery store but stay in the fridge without getting cooked until they go to waste.
However, at this point, air fryers take the stage as a healthy frying option with little or no oil and without any oil splatter mess in the kitchen. This is great because cauliflower with its mild taste and low carbohydrate content can be effectively used as a substitute for potatoes, rice and other high carbohydrate foods in any diet, which is an additional fact to its health benefits mentioned above.
